that Korean company MyRacer could have a hit on their hands when it
comes to their new, ultra compact DAP - the MyRacer Lisse S10.
Measuring in at a decidedly pocket friendly 46x 40 x 11mm and weighing
in at just 22g, the MyRacer Lisse S10 DAP comes with a 126 x 64
resolution OLED display that tilts to allow it to function as a 4-way
control pad, and though the official Korean product site resists
translation (and the apparent English page appears to not yet be
available) we can at least ascertain that the MyRacer Lisse S10 will be
offered in 2GB and 4GB capacity versions and offers support for MP3, WMA
and WAV audio file formats (as well as support for ID3 tags) and as well
as boasting an integrated FM tuner, voice memo recording functionality
and can serve as an (extremely limited) eBook reader (we say 'extremely
limited' as the device's display appears to be limited to just four
lines of text).
Offering USB connectivity to allow for the transferring of audio files
as well as unit recharging, there's no mention concerning either the
MyRacer Lisse S10 DAP's unit pricing or availability but, unfortunately,
we would suggest that its doubtful the MyRacer Lisse S10 will see a
release outside Korea - which is a shame as, depending on cost, it could
give the likes of the Shuffle and Creative's Zen Stone a run for their
money.
