Toshiba to Launch 19LV612U Stainless Steel HDTV 18.5-in Kitchen-Friendly LCD With Integrated Tuner

When it comes to modern kitchen design, nothing has gained in popularity
faster than the use of stainless steel finishes on kitchen appliances.
They are sleek, durable, and just look cool. And with technology even
finding its way into the cooking arena it's little wonder that
electronics manufacturers are beginning to jump on the stainless
bandwagon as well. The latest introduction by Toshiba, the 19LV612U, is
sure to make the perfect compliment to your kitchen with its stainless
steel look and respectable features list.

The Toshiba 19LV612U is the latest LCD television from the Japanese
electronics maker and it is designed to work in conjunction with your
kitchen decor. It features a built-in side-loaded DVD player and
integrated ATSC/NTSC/QAM TV tuner. The 18.5-inch high-definition set
also comes complete with a 1366 x 768 native resolution making it
perfect for watching Iron Chef in digital clarity. The unit features a
unique stainless steel coating that offers easy cleaning and enhanced
durability.

Some of the other specs of this galley-inspired television include a
brightness level of 300, 1000:1 contrast ratio, and 5ms response time.
There are also HDMI/VGA inputs, headphone jack and VESA mount support so
you can stick it up on the wall and off of your precious counter space.
The Toshiba 19LV612U is expected to be available in September and should
cost about $350.
