Olympus LS-11 Digital Audio Device 8GB, Expandable Memory 24 bit/96 kHz Linear PCM

Olympus announced today the launch its new LS-11 digital audio recorder
as an upgrade to its already successful LS-10 model. Like its
predecessor the LS-10, the LS-11 features uncompressed 24 bit/96kHz
Linear PCM recording capability. It has the capability to record and
play back in WAV, MP3 and WMA formats and can record with both its
internal microphone and by plugging in an external microphone.

The LS-11 features a Voice Synchronize Recording function, which extends
recording time by recording only when the microphone senses sound at the
pre-set level. This function saves time by reducing the need to
fast-forward past pauses between songs or in conversation. This function
allows a musician to set up the LS-11 to start recording a musical
performance before it starts. When the recording is played back later,
avoid listening to dead air because it has only picked up the performance.

8 GB of internal memory
23 hours of battery life
AC adapter available
Expandable memory (up to 32BG) with an SD or SDHC card
Weight: 5-oz
Two built-in 16mm round dynamic stereo speakers
A voice synchronization function enables automatic recording when
sounds are detected at a pre-set level
Bright LCD display
Create Index marks during recording or playback in PCM mode to
instantly locate specific portions of the recording that you want
to hear.
New File Edit function, you can partially cut or divide your files.
The LS-11 provides uncompressed audio recording at a competitive price
point when compared to other competing Linear PCM recorders. The LS-11
