T-Mobile myTouch 3G Release Date Confirmed myTouch 3G Android Smartphone

T-Mobile have officially announced the release date of the successor to
their T-Mobile G1 smartphone, namely the Android powered T-Mobile
myTouch 3G, which is based on the HTC Magic and which comes with 3.2
HVGA capacitive touchscreen, UMTS/HSPA and WiFi b/g connectivity and
which utilises GENIE (Geodelic ENgine for Interest Evaluation)
technology that learns your usage patterns allowing the phone to adapt
according to your behavioural patterns.
The T-Mobile myTouch 3G, which boasts all the usual suspects in terms of
Google app integration - Google Search, Google Maps, YouTube, etc -
comes with integrated GPS, 3.2 megapixel camera allowing you to capture
and upload videos to YouTube, full featured digital audio player with
Bluetooth A2DP taking in MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA, OGG and RM audio file
formats which pairs with an inbuilt Amazon MP3 store app (allowing for
the downloading of DRM free music) and full email capabilities offering
full synchronisation with Google contacts and calendars.

The T-Mobile myTouch 3G, which will set you back just shy of $200 based
on a 2 year contract, is widely expected to be offered for pre-order
from 8th July with shipping commencing from August.
