White Leica M8 (Special Edition) Set for June Release Comes at a Premium

If you're looking for a digital camera that'll undoubtably stand out
from the crown, and you're looking for something a little more classic
than the previously featured Limited Edition White Pentax K2000 DSLR,
how about availing yourself of this luscious (not a word we use often)
special edition white Leica M8?

Information concerning the special edition white Leica M8 is exceedingly
sparse at the time of writing though we have managed to establish that
the limited edition all-white Leica M8 comes digital camera with a 10.3
megapixel 18 x 27mm image sensor and sports a Leica ELMARIT-M 28mm F2.8
ASPH lens and that it'll set you back around the equivalent of the
princely sum of $9,000.

The highly desirable (but completely out of my price range) special
edition white Leica M8 is set to become available in Japan in June and
will be made available on a limited basis (we're not certain as to how
many units will be made available at this stage however).

So, in short, if you're wanting one of these beauties in your arsenal
you'd best start saving not only a cool $9,000 equivalent in Yen but the
additional required sum for a return trip to Japan.
