GammaTech Durabook RT10 Fully Rugged Tablet PC Aimed at Healthcare Professionals

GammaTech Computer Corporation have launched their new fully rugged
tablet PC aimed specifically at healthcare professionals, the GammaTech
Durabook RT10, which comes with 4 wire resistive antiglare touchscreen,
is powered by a 1.06GHz Intel ULV processor (U2100) and which can
operate in temperatures between 5C and 35C and can be stored in
temperatures between -20C and 60C.
The GammaTech Durabook RT10, which runs either Windows Vista Business
Edition or Windows XP Tablet PC Edition, boasts a 10.4 1024 x 768 LCD
TFT touchscreen display, 2GB DDR2 RAM, a 1.8 4200rpm 60GB hard disk (or
optional 32GB SSD), 2 megapixel webcam, integrated stereo microphone, 1W
speaker, fingerprint reader, barcode scanner, RFIRD reader and, in terms
of connectivity, the Durabook RT10 offers up Bluetooth, 802.11a/b/g/n
Wi-Fi and an optional 3G module for WWAN.

Coming supplied with a dual hot-swappable battery allowing for up to
five hours of endurance, the Durabook RT10 Tablet PC, which measures 270
x 256 x 35.3mm and weighs only 3.3 lbs (1.5 kg), has just become
available from GammaTech though due to the fact that you have to
