Limited Edition Adamant USB Flash Drive – Solid Gold, Diamond Studded & Utterly Vile

Regular readers will be well aware that we have never particularly liked
'blinged-out' gadgets here on TFTS and, if anything, its devices such as
this limited edition Adamant USB flash drive made from solid gold and
featuring three diamonds that serve to underpin why we don't see our
perspective changing any time soon.

Apart from looking genuinely shoddy - a personal opinion, but one we
cannot simply ignore - the Adamant USB Flash Drive may well boast a
solid gold case and three embedded diamonds but if this is supposed to
automatically render the device desirable someone somewhere obviously
seems to be of the misguided opinion that the monetary value of an item
is paramount with style coming in at a distant second.

Apparently created 'for people with a safe taste, style sensibility and
sense of extraordinary' (sic) those that even vaguely consider forking
out a breathtaking $5650 on such a truly hideous looking device can at
least feel reassured that they obviously have more money than sense
which, all said and done, is not a bad situation to find yourself in.
(Incidentally, in offering just 16GB of storage space, this works out at
a mere $353 per GB).

(Apologies for the poor image quality. Apparently this $5650 flash drive
doesn't merit spending a couple of minutes crafting half decent imagery
if the product site is anything to go by).
