T-Mobile USA Project Black Rumors Abound Is Project Black a New Phone, a New T-Mobile Service?

So what is T-Mobile USA up to? Does anyone know? Is anyone familiar with
the details of Project Black? In case you are, then drop us a line and
tell us all about it! Is it a new, but very hot phone? Is it a new
service? Is T-Mobile simply expanding its current 3G network? Or dare I
say, is it planning its future LTE development?

According to very recent rumors Project Black is neither a phone nor a
promotional plan. Frankly I wasn t expecting it to be a phone since
usually most hot phones get leaked way ahead of schedule which means
that we would have heard about a Project Black phone by now. And it s
not a promotion either. After all, would you be all that excited about a
totally new plan? Wi-Fi calling? Buy-one-get-one free offers? Project
Black is too cool a name for it to be just a simple special offer.

Moving away from phones or new plans we will then logically assume that
Project Black is T-Mobile s top secret endeavour to further expand its
current 3G network and, even better, to start deploying LTE in the
following months. All that sounds interesting enough but there s no
point of hiding it under a codename. In fact T-Mobile will definitely
expand its current 3G network, and when the time comes it will deploy 4G
too. And it will surely want all its subscribers and potential customers
to be aware of such important changes.

According to inside information, T-Mobile staff is currently going
through training as Project Black will be launched at some point in the
very near future. Project Black is supposed to be rolled out on October
25 and it s so hush-hush that T-Mobile employees have been required to
sign secondary non-disclosure agreements. That s probably why there s no
news about Project Black at this point in time as nobody is even
thinking about leaking that kind of information. One thing that we do
know is that in order for Project Black to be properly launched all
field supporting positions are going to have to work. So what do you
think Project Black is? Hit us up in comments!
