250GB PlayStation 3 Slim US Release Date & Price Confirmed PS3 Slim To Hit Stores With Double Capacity For More Games or Movies

After selling more than 1 million units for their lighter and slimmer
PlayStation 3 (speaking about the 120GB model, of course), Sony is
preparing to bring a new version to the market with double the storage
capacity. Although the only difference is the larger hard drive, the new
250GB PS3 Slim is still appealing for digital consumers who're looking
for more space to store their favorite movies/shows or games.

Basically if you're not good with a screwdriver to add another 120GB
hard drive on your device at home (although we don't advise you as this
means you're losing the product warranty), then you should know that the
250GB PlayStation 3 Slim is to be released to the market starting
November 3rd for a price just shy of $349.99. That means you're only
paying $50 more from the older version, which is not that much …

Of course we'd love the new 250GB PS3 Slim to come bundled with this
season's exclusives like Uncharted 2, Gravity Crash or Hustle Kings, but
we won't bet our money on it.
