from Orange stores as of tomorrow.
Sporting a 3.1 � 320 x 480 resolution capacitive touchscreen display and
a full, slider QWERTY keyboard complete with 5-way navigation key, the
3G Motorola DEXT, which is powered by a 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7201A CPU
and which runs Google s Android v1.5 OS, comes with accelerometer
sensor, proximity sensor (allowing the device to auto power down to
conserve battery life when not in use), 1GB of integrated storage
capacity (which can be supplemented up to 32GB using microSD memory
cards), built-in GPS, a 5 megapixel video/stills camera with geo-tagging
functionality, digital compass and, of course, onboard audio and video
file format support taking in MP3, eAAC+, WAV, WMA9, MP4, H.263 and
H.264 file formats. Naturally both Bluetooth (v2.1 with A2DP) and WiFi
(802.11 b/g) wireless connectivity are also duly catered for.
The Orange Motorola DEXT is set to release via Orange in the UK from
tomorrow (7th October) with a release via Phones 4U following a day
after and will set you back absolutely nothing should you chose to sign
on the dotted line for a two year contract priced at pound sterling34.26
per month.
