EVGA Debuts Interview 1770 Twisting Twin LCD Displays Dual 17-in Panels Rotate 180-Degrees and Flip 90

It's not very often that a manufacturer introduces something into the
LCD display market that has anyone standing up to take notice. They are
pretty much all the same slim, black, eye-popping crystal clear
graphics; you know the drill. So what happens when someone decides to
play around with the display space instead of the display? EVGA has
announced a true revolution (ahem) in LCD displays with its new
Interview 1770 dual 17-in monitors with rotating display stand.

The EVGA Interview 1770 features two 17-inch flat panel LCD monitors
situated around a central axis that allows them to pivot a full
180-degrees and flip 90-degrees. Each 1440×900 TFT panel flips
180-degrees vertically, and rotates inward 90-degrees horizontally. The
pair have a 500:1 contrast ratio and 220 cd/m2 brightness with 8ms
response time. The base and spine of the displays hosts a DMS connector,
1.3-megapixel webcam, microphone, three USB ports and dual keyboard and
mouse controls. This one is clearly being targeted at the office and
enterprise markets.

The EVGA Interview 1770 dual display system may not have much of a place
in your home, but offices all over the world might find them useful for
increasing productivity and for displays at tradeshows. The Interview
1770 retails for about $650. For more info go to www.evga.com.
