Super-thing J W Minix 811 Netbook Windows 7 Ready 3G Netbook

An attractive addition to the netbook realm, the new super-thin J W
Minix 811 have just been announced at this year's Computex show in
Taipei. It features a 10.2-inch 1024 x 600 LCD non-glossy display and
unlike other netbooks, the chic J W Minix 811 surprises with an aluminum
alloy frame and an integrated 3G module.

Although there aren't any specific details on what makes the Minix 811
tick, the netbook is expected to come pre-loaded with either Linux, XP
or Windows 7, packs a tiny little 3-cell 2,200mAh battery that offers a
2.5 hours autonomy and rumors have it that it's powered by Intel Atom N
processors. With an Ethernet connect, 2x UBS 2.0 ports, VGA out, a
4-in-1 card reader, Wireless, a highly rated decent sized keyboard, and
a 3G SIM card slot (you'll have to take the battery off for that) for
Internet connectivity.

There's no word on pricing or availability, but if the new J W Minix 811
proves affordable it may be a hot seller.
