Super Talent MasterDrive SX SSD Series MasterDrive SX SAM64GM25S, SAM28GM25S & SAM56GM25S

Super Talent have introduced their latest range of SATAII 2.5 solid
state drives in the form of the Super Talent MasterDrive SX SSD Series
which consists of three new SSD units - specifically the 64GB
SAM64GM25S, 128GB SAM28GM25S and the 256GB SAM56GM25S.

Featuring large 128MD of cache, 8-channel controllers and MLC
(Multi-Level Cell) NAND Flash memory, the new Super Talent MasterDrive
SX SSDs are billed as being 'affordable' SSDs which offer up to 220MB/s
read and 200MB/s write speeds (128GB SAM28GM25S) with access times of a
mere 0.1ms whilst offering shock protection rated at 1500G and vibration
tolerance of up to 16G.

Additionally, on and above the not unimpressive read/write speeds on
offer, Super Talent's new SSD range also boast impressive energy
efficiency in requiring just 0.15W of power whilst idle and only 0.5W
whilst reading data.

In terms of pricing, Super Talent have only announced that the 128GB
capacity MasterDrive SX SSD will set you back around $336 whilst, at the
time of writing, pricing concerning the 64GB and 256GB SSDs is yet to be
confirmed.
