Slingbox SlingPlayer iPhone & iPod Touch Application Now Available on App Store

If you happen to own a Slingbox and you have either an iPhone or an iPod
Touch you may be interested to know that the official SlingPlayer iPhone
and iPod Touch application from Sling Media is now available to purchase
via the Apple App Store.

The SlingPlayer application, which, incidentally, will only work via
Wi-Fi thanks to certain carriers (AT T) having some issue with the
bandwidth required by the application, will allow you to scroll through
your favourite and home channels using the iPhone/iPod Touch's gesture
controls and, as well as watching content via your Slingbox will
additionally allow you to add and remove (thus manage) your Slingbox
directly from the aforementioned devices.

The Slingbox SlingPlayer iPhone and iPod Touch application will set you
back just shy of $30.
