Skyworks 2-Stage Ultra Low Noise Amplifiers Low Noise Amplifiers with High Linearity

Skyworks have just introduced their new 2-Stage ultra low noise
amplifiers (LNA) with high linearity performance and advanced pHEMT
technology. Small and cost-effective solutions meant for GPS systems,
satellite digital audio radio services, WCDMA and LTE infrastructure
platforms, the amplifiers offer high performance under 0.7 dB while
providing high linearity amplification with OIP3 up to 35 dBm .

Already available for purchase, the new Skyworks 2-StageLow Noise
Amplifiers are available in two models. First one is the SKY65037-360LF
which operates from 0.7 to 1.2GHz, while the other one is the
SKY65040-360LF that operates from 1.5 to 2.4 GHz. Both of them offer
external tuning flexibility to set gain up to 25 dB and to supply
current adjustment of 30 to 100 mA.
