Archos Announces Archos9 Windows 7 Tablet UMPC 9" Netbook in Tablet Form With Atom Processors/VGA Out/Wireless

Renowned for their PMP devices, the good folks from Archos have just
introduced a new Windows 7 tablet UMPC, dubbed Archos9. A netbook in
disguise with a tablet form, the 16mm thick Archos9 runs on an Intel
Atom Z515 processor at 800/1200Mz, has a 9 1024 x 600 screen, 1GB of
RAM, 802.11b/g Wireless, a built-in 1.3mpix webcam, VGA out, dual DVB-T
antennas and 3G option.

But more than you expected Archos 9 runs on Windows 7, features a
pretty large 2.5-inch 120 GB hard drive and also comes with built-in
Bluetooth 2.1. Considered the MiniPC of the future, extremely thin at
just 0.63-inches and extremely light weighing only less than 0.8kg, the
stylish UMPC is slated to sell for something close to 500 Euro (some
$700 at today's rate) and should be available this autumn (September or
October).

A bit pricey, eh?
