Samsung N110 & Samsung N120 Netbooks Gain US Release

If you're US based and you've been awaiting anxiously to get your hands
on one of Samsung's new netbooks - specifically the Samsung N110 and
Samsung N120 - the good news that both have just become available to the
US market as of today.

For those unfamiliar with the Samsung N110 and Samsung N120 netbooks,
both come with 10.1 1024 x 600 resolution displays, 1.6GHz Atom N270
CPUs, 1GB RAM, 5400rpm 160GB hard disks, 1.3 megapixel webcams, 3-in-1
card readers (yes, its standard netbook fair once again - all a little
dull, actually, all things considered) as well as pretty reasonable
(nay, pretty impressive) battery endurance of up to nine hours and up to
six hours for the N110 and N120 respectively with the N110 utilising its
6-cell battery pack whilst the N120 comes with reduced endurance on
account of featuring improved 2.1 channel audio hardware.
In terms of connectivity, both the Samsung N110 and the N120 netbooks
come with Ethernet LAN, 802.11b/g WLAN and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR as well as
3 x USB 2.0 (in the case of the N120 - the actual number of USB slots on
the N110 is not provided as at the time of writing), RJ45 and VGA-out.

In terms of differences between the N110 and the N120 netbooks, apart
from the aforementioned battery and audio capabilities, the Samsung N110
netbook comes with a 93% full size keyboard whilst the N120 netbook ups
the ante in featuring a 97% full size keyboard.

Pricing-wise, the Samsung N110 netbook will set you back around $470 as
at the time of writing whilst the Samsung N120 netbook comes in at just
shy of $460.
