Onkyo Sotec DC204A3 Netbook DC204A3 boasts 32GB SSD, VGA/Ethernet Via USB Break-out Box

Whilst we are generally great fans of netbooks sporting solid state
drives (and of SSDs in general) one can only wonder why it is that Onkyo
have decided to offer up their new 32GB SSD equipped Onkyo Sotec DC204A3
Netbook sans VGA-out or Ethernet connectivity.

Requiring a separate, and hardly diminutive, USB extension to avail
itself of VGA and Ethernet connectivity, the Onkyo Sotec DC204A3
Netbook, apart from sporting a 32GB SSD (and the aforementioned USB
break-out box - see below), comes with a bog standard, and hardly
spectacular Intel Atom N270 processor under the hood, Intel 945GSE
Express integrated graphics, 1GB RAM and the all too familiar 10.1 LCD
display offering up 1024 x 600 resolution, built in webcam and,
thankfully, integrated Wi-Fi (at least you don't need a separate USB box
for that).
The Onkyo Sotec DC204A3 Netbook with 32GB SSD complete with USB
break-out box is set to commence shipping as of the end of this month in
Japan and will retail at the equivalent of $530.
