Sprint Offer Pink Samsung Instinct SPH-M800 Gets ‘Fashion-Forward Pink Hue’

Sprint have just announced the availability of a pink version of the
Samsung SPH-M800 Instinct cell phone, or rather, according to their
press release, a version on the Instinct in a 'fashion-forward pink hue'
the release of which also sees the handset drop in price to just shy of
$100 based on a two year contract (allowing for a mail in $100 rebate).

'Instinct has been a great success for us from both a sales and
innovation perspective,' said Kevin Packingham, Sprint SVP of Product
Development. 'We are thrilled with our customer’s response to this
dynamic, well-integrated and easy-to-use wireless phone. Bringing the
price under $100 will make it even more accessible to customers who want
the best of Sprint’s 3G network on a powerful touchscreen device.'


Apart from getting the pink treatment, the 3G Samsung SPH-M800 Instinct
handset otherwise remains unchanged in coming with a 3.25' 262k color
touchscreen display, integrated GPS functionality, stereo Bluetooth,
32MB of integrated memory (expandable up to 8GB courtesy of a microSD
slot)2.0 megapixel camera and digital audio and video player abilities
offering MPEG4, H.264 and MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA file format compatibility.
