New Lenovo ThinkCentre M58 & M58p Desktop PC Models Announced

Lenovo have released two new models in its Lenovo ThinkCentre desktop PC
range - the ThinkCentre M58 and the ThinkCentre M58p - which Lenovo are
billing as their 'greenest, most secure and most manageable ThinkCentre
desktop PC yet'.The new M58/M58p ThinkCentre desktop PCs come with a
range of processor options - including Intel E8000-series Core 2 Duo and
Q9000-series Core 2 Quad CPUs - and are available in three separate form
factor configurations, either tower, small form factor and ultra small
form factor, and come inclusive of Lenovo's ThinkVantage technology
which 'allows PC users to control their electricity consumption
remotely' as well as Hardware Password Manager support allowing users to
configure BIOS, HDD and other supervisory passwords at hardware level
(as opposed to the more usual software level).Lenovo's ThinkCentre M58
retails from $500 (base model) whilst the ThinkCentre M58p will start
from around the $900 price point with both being offered in Tower and
Small Form Factor configurations now with the Eco Ultra Small Form
Factor option coming sometime in December.
