LG KC910 8 Megapixel GPS Camera Phone Gets Official Successor to LG Viewty

LG have officially announced the successor to their highly popular LG
Viewty cell phone in the form of the LG KC910 multi-media camera phone
which, apart from boasting a not unimpressive 8 megapixel camera
complete with Schneider-Kreuznach lens, Xenon flash, and VGA video
capture capabilities at 30fps also comes with a 3' WQVGA 240×400
resolution 262K colour touch screen complete with handwriting
recognition, integrated GPS (which allows photos to be geo-tagged) and
Dolby support for audio playback.

The LG KC910, which has obviously been designed from the outset to serve
as a more than viable replacement for you standard point and shoot
camera, also sports smile and blink detection auto and manual focus and
a digital image stabiliser and even comes with a built-in TV-out
connection allowing you to hook up the LG KC910 directly to a TV to view
your photos and videos.

The handset is a quad-band GSM deviced with support for HSDPA 7.2 Mbps
and, along with its impressive camera phone functionality also comes
with Bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi connectivity and an all too importable
MicroSD card slot allowing you to 'bolt on' up to an additional 8GB of
storage.

No news concerning the LG KC910's pricing as at the time of writing,
however, LG have confirmed that the LG KC910 will become available from
October.
