Digital Foci PPR-350 Picture Porter 35 Portable HDD Photo Manager

Digital Foci have unveiled their new 2.5' 5400rpm SATA HDD based Digital
Foci PPR-350 Picture Porter 35 which is set to be introduced at CES 09
and which comes with 160GB of capacity and an integrated 3.5' color TFT
LCD screen allowing you to access both photos and videos stored on the
device directly as well as a offering direct support for a host of
memory cards (specifically CF, SD/HC, miniSD, MS, MS Duo, xD, and miniSD).
Interestingly, whilst obviously aimed specifically at photographers -
the Digital Foci PPR-350 Picture Porter 35 does, incidentally, offer
full support of the RAW file format - the Picture Porter 35 also comes
with a number of additional features such as digital audio recording
(thanks to and integrated mic) as well as offering full support for MP3,
WMA and ACC audio formats as well as support for MPEG-1/4 SP and MJPEG
video support.

Capable of being hooked up to a PC - at which point it serves as an
otherwise standard additional, portable HDD unit - as well as offering
the ability to be hooked directly up to a projector for displaying
stored imagery and video sans PC, Digital Foci are yet to confirm the
PPR-350 Picture Porter 35's pricing but have stated that its set for
release sometime in the Summer of 09.
