Hewlett Packard have just released their new HP Pavilion TX2500Z series
'convertible' laptop - which serves in both standard notebook as well as

writing recognition, serves to build upon the success of the HP Pavilion
TX2000z by offering AMD Turion X2 Ultra ZM dual-core power - from 2.1GHz

offering increased dual-core processing capabilities, comes complete
with integrated WiFi, TV out (S-video), in built Altec Lansing stereo
speakers, 3 USB ports, 5-in-1 digital media card reader and up to 4GB of

selectable options such as an integrated fingerprint reader mounted on
the side of the unit and a webcam with two omni-directional microphones
but, interestingly, Broadband wireless capabilities are, somewhat
curiously, not included as standard and require a Verizon Wireless V740
ExpressCard which is available as an optional item only.
