Explay Colibri Micro Projector Engine

Explay is set to unveil the Colibri micro projector engine at the Mobile
World Congress to be held at Barcelona from Feb 16th to Feb 18th. The
Colibri micro projector engine is less than five cubic centimeters in
volume. The dimensions of this third-generation projection module are
not known but company officials state that it can easily fit inside
cellular phones turning them into high quality projectors.

Actual specs regarding size, resolution, power consumption will most
probably be revealed at the Mobile World Congress but we do know from
company sources is that the Colibri micro projector offers the highest
resolution for a device its size. The images are clear and free from
speckles and this particular module consumes the least amount of
electricity compared to other similar models in the industry.

The Colibri micro projector can display a wide array of colors and can
be used to project multimedia content on both flat and curved surfaces.
Incorporating Colibri will require validation by handset manufacturers
so that the device gains acceptability faster.
