D-link DP-303 Print Server through DHCP, BOOTP, and RARP.

The D-link DP-303 is a device that lets you share a printer over a LAN.
The device is essentially a print server that has three bi-directional
ports and an RJ-45 Ethernet port via which the DP-303 connects to a LAN.

The D-Link DP-303 is a good choice for SMBs that wish to add a printer
to their LAN. Three ports mean you can add three printers to the LAN and
execute simultaneous printing operations because of the DMA channel
support present with the D-Link DP-303. The DP-303 also works well in
mixed-LAN environments since it comes with multi-protocol support. The
print server is installed and set up using PS Admin which is a
Windows-based program. The server can automatically detect the ideal
connection speed for a LAN so manual settings are not required. Network
IP addresses are obtained through DHCP, BOOTP, and RARP.

The printer works with Windows 3x, Windows 95, Windows 98, and Windows
NT. It supports the HP PJL protocol which enables the printer server to
gather print status information while the printer is working. An
administrator can remotely configure and manage the server on Telnet.
