Video - Silverlit VBeat Air Drums Offer Drum Kit Free Virtual Drumming

For those who do not own an Apple iPhone or iPod iTouch so cannot
partake of a little virtual drumming courtesy of Moo Cow Music's iPhone
and iPod iTouch Drum Machine, perhaps these Silverlit VBeat Air Drums
will suffice until you manage to save up for a real drum kit or come to
the conclusion that, despite what you think, drumming really just isn't
something you're particularly cut out for.

Coming complete with a series of differing sound styles and
pre-programmed rhythms - though the product site fails to detail either
what sort of sound styles or how many rhythms are actually available -
these Silverlit VBeat Air Drums come with two drumsticks with integral
motion sensors and, unlike comparable products, even foot pedals, all of
which plug into the Silverlit VBeat waist station which acts as the main
control unit as well as a speaker unit.

Additionally, if the images provided on the product page are anything to
go by, the drumsticks also sport LEDs in their tips (allowing for some
neat visual effects during low light virtual drumming sessions) though,
as the product information on what is a somewhat poorly presented
website (hence the poor quality imagery featured in this post) omits any
mention of integrated LEDs we are unable to substantiate whether they
are included or not.

Silverlit VBeat Air Drum Features:

Three play modes
Free style (free playing)
Easy go (play pre-programmed rhythms)
Pop academy (guided learning step by step)

Silverlit's VBeat Air Drums kit retails for around pound sterling30
(roughly $60) though are listed as being out of stock at the time of
writing.
