Emermax Caesar Diamond Cut Aluminum Keyboard Tests Your Desks Build Quality

Enermax have announced the latest computer keyboard in their Aurora
range, known as the Caesar, which features a 2.5mm thick brushed
aluminum, diamond cut shell with 0.6mm steel mesh grill and comes
complete with five media and Vista hotkeys as well as two onboard USB
ports to assist with our increasing connectivity needs - it also weighs
in at an astounding 1.5kg (apparently a record as far as keyboard as
concerned).

Due for release in May of 2008, the Emermax Caesar, which is billed by
the manufacturers as being the 'emperor of keyboards', even comes with
its own integral Audio AC97 sound chip - as quite why, however, we
remain wholly uncertain.

At the time of writing pricing information remains unavailable though,
in being pitted against the likes of Logitech's DiNovo (still
gobsmakingly beautiful - and we never even posted about it) Keyboard and
the much maligned Optimus Maximus it'll be interesting to see how the
Emermax Caesar fairs in what is a highly competitive and cutthroat market.
