Nintendo DSi XL Coming To Europe in March Nintendo's Enlarged DSi XL Will Hit European Stores On March 5th

After an initial announcement back in October, Nintendo has announced
European shipping dates for the Nintendo DSi XL.ย The Nintendo DSi XL
features new dual screens with nearly twice the surface area of the
original Nintendo DSi, as well as a larger, pen-style stylus.
While shipping dates have not yet been announced for North
America, the Nintendo DSi XL will ship in Europe on March 5th, 2010.ย
The new version of Nintendo's immensely popular portable gaming console
provides little more than a size upgrade over the original DSi, but this
change is quite significant.ย The Nintendo DSi XL features dual screens
measuring 4.2-inches diagonally, twice the size of the screens on the
DSi.ย The stylus on the DSi XL is larger as well, about the same size
as a standard ball point pen.ย The DSi XL will ship with two pre-loaded
titles, Dr Kawashima's: Little Bit of Brain Training: Arts Edition and
Dictionary 6 in 1 with Camera Function.
Pricing for the Nintendo DSi XL has not been announced for either the
European or North American versions, but our European friends are the
first to have an official ship date for this enlarged handheld.
