especially when you know that an update its coming. And we ve heard for
quite a while that a lineup refresh is going to hit us soon.
What better moment for Apple to pull down the site and make the
appropriate adjustments than a day after Cuppertino officials have
posted the official fiscal Q4 2009 report. Apple s sales have
skyrocketed in the last quarter. The company has sold lots of MacBooks
and iPhone while the iPod market saw a slight but understandable
decrease. And Apple did say that the following months are going to bring
us even more interesting gadgets. We assume they were rather thinking
about the upcoming iTablet than the refreshed computers and accessories
that we re going to see today.
And what better moment for Apple to steal the buzz away from Microsoft?
Redmond is launching Windows 7 officially in a couple of days and
manufacturers already have various laptops and desktops ready to run the
new Microsoft OS. Therefore Apple is hitting the market today with new
products. New computers and new accessories are coming and Microsoft
should definitely be pissed off at Cupertino. Potential Windows 7
laptops and desktops customers are going to choose Macs instead just in
a few hours.
So what s in store for today you ask? Well nothing at this particular
point in time but in a few hours we ll be able to analyze the refreshed
white MacBooks, the iMacs, the Mac Minis, the Time Capsules, the Mac
Pros and the new mice. That s about all we know it s coming from Apple
this fall. In theory we shouldn t be surprised by any new Apple product
since most of them got leaked well before launch.
That also means that now is a good time to buy any of the now old
devices. The refreshed line will come with updated prices so if you don
t want a brand new Apple gadget then you ll end up saving some precious
cash on the older models.
What do you think? Is today an Apple day for you or you d rather wait
two more days and go for a Windows 7 computer?
