Panasonic Viera TH-L17C10 LCD HDTV Hits Japan 17-inch New Entry-level Panasonic Vierra With 720p and HDMI

The folks over at Panasonic have just added to their Viera HDTV series
with the new Panasonic TH-L17C10 that comes with several interesting
silver clear, white, and pink cocktail colored casings. Meant as an
entry-level TV for the Japanese market, the new TH-L17C10 only measures
17-inches, which is small nowadays, but still good enough for those
rooms where you only occasionally watch TV, like kitchens or dorm rooms.

The Panasonic TH-L17C10 LCD HDTV offers wide viewing angles and does
720p at 1366 x 768 resolutions. There's also a digital TV tuner, a
single HDMI port and a much hyped for microSD card slot that not only
stores your media on a memory card but also allows you to directly view
them on the little display.

It also includes EPG and camera home surveillance options, and supports
VIERA Link on the remote to help control other Panasonic devices you may
have

We can't say for sure if the TH-L17C10 will make it to the States, but
what we can confirm is that the HDTV will be priced at 65,000 Yen (some
$690 at today's rate) in Japan.
