Sony MDR-DS7100 Over-the-Ear Headphones

The white earphones that come standard with the stylish iPod may not be
enough to complete the chic look you've been looking for, but worry no
more as these wireless Sony MDR-DS7100 over-the-ear headphones might.

Designed to deliver the 7.1 channel effect for those who can't use a
7.1 sound system in their home (students or so) , the latest addition to
Sony's lineup uses a 2.4GHz wireless system that vouches to tickle your
ears even if you're broadcasting from 100 feet (that's some 30 meter) away.

The new Sony MDR-DS7100 wireless overhead headphones feature a larger
50mm driver and are compatible with Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital EX,
DTS, DTS-ES. The interesting thing about the headphone is that they got
an upgraded battery now that offers 30-percent more lifetime for up to
13 hours of continuous functioning.

Although a release date has been confirmed for October, there's no word
concerning price. However, considering that the previous model (the
DS7000) sells for $250, we honestly don't think the new Sony MDR-DS7100
will break the bank for you.
