Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF1 Digital Camera Released

Today, Panasonic have just added to their point-and-shoot G-series
digital cameras with the new Lumix DMC-GF1. At 119mm wide, 71mm tall,
and 36.3mm thick, it is claimed by Panasonic to be the world's smallest
and lightest digital camera with built-in flash — 26% lighter than
the company's current lightest camera, the G1. More to it, the Lumix
GF-1 uses the micro four-thirds system which means that the lenses for
the camera are interchangeable.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF1 has a 3-inch preview LCD with 460K pixels
resolution and Live View. The camera has a 12.1-megapixels sensor, a
fast autofocus system and an integrated dust removal system for optimum
image quality and also the ability to record high definition video in
720p resolution at 30fps in AVCHD Lite format (along with support for
other formats and resolutions such as HD Motion, SPEG, QVGA, VGA and WVGA).
