Following to the success of their music phone collection, folks from
Nokia have just made the official announcement regarding the latest in
the series, the new Noki
a 5235 Comes With Music . A worthy successor to the 5230 XpressMusic we
first heard about this summer, the new Nokia 5235 is a touchscreen
handset that vouches to bring users a lot of free music at a price they
might not expect — which translates to unlimited access to the
Nokia Music Store catalogue for you to download as much legal music as
you want (over a 12-18 months time period).
Specs wise, Nokia 5235 brings a bright 3.2-inch touchscreen, 2-megapixel
camera and runs Symbian S60 5th edition. It features a microSD card slot
to expand the phone's built-in memory (up to 16GB of storage), a 3.5mm
audio output and a rather powerful battery that allows for up to 18 days
of stand-by time or 33 hours of music playback.
In other terms, the new Nokia 5235 Comes With Music should go for a
pre-tax and pre-subsidy price of โEUR145 (some $215 at today's rate)
which is some โEUR100 off the 5230 XpressMusic.
Cheaper and a lot more appealing, you sure managed to impress us Nokia!
