Samsung YP-R0 Media Player Officially Announced Samsung's YP-R0 PMP Debuts in South Korea, Not Groundbreaking

Samsung has added to their portable media player collection with the new
Samsung YP-R0 that has been officially unveiled today in South Korea.
Available in two models with either 4GB or 8GB of storage, the device is
nothing but a standard PMP that we hear launching every day, yet it
tries to stand out with a 2.6-inch color LCD screen, a microSDHC memory
card for expansion (up to 16GB) and an integrated RDS FM radio.
But other than the above there's not much else to appeal to our nerdy
minds, except for both a text and a photo viewer, software to decode
DivX, XviD and H.264 video files in case you want to watch a movie and a
program that is meant to teach you another language if you want to hook
up with your good looking instructor at the gym, but there are language
barriers between you two.
There's no word if the new Samsung YP-R0 will ever break out of South
Korea, what we know for sure is that it's availablein either black,
silver or pink, and that it sells for some $120 if you want the 4GB
version, or some $155 for the 8GB model.
Worth it? We'll let you decide!
