Nokia E72 Begins Shipping Today Amazon and Other Retail Stores to Unleash the Nokia E72 Soon

After an early announcement back in June, Nokia has now started selling
the much-anticipated successor to their E71 smartphone, the Nokia E72.
With its full QWERTY keyboard and optical trackpad, the E72 is
definitely built for email and messaging centric usage by offering
desktop-like email and chat experiences. It runs on the latest version
of Symbian, comes pre-loaded with apps such as Ovi Maps (which support
A-GPS assisted Navigation) and boast the company's own Nokia Messaging
email service.
In terms of looks, its very similar to the E71, but the same case now
features a larger resolution display and a 5 megapixel camera with
autofocus and LED flash. There's also a (supposedly improved) QWERTY
keyboard that should make texting and emailing an easy job and an added
3.5mm standard headphone jack which was missing in the E71.
Meant as a business smartphone, Nokia E72 is now faster and smoother
thanks to an upgraded 600 MHz processor (compared to the 369 MHz in the
E71).
Price wise, the unlock Nokia E72 is priced at โEUR350 (some $525 at
today's rate) before taxes and subsidies — although Amazon has it
listed for $469, but now yet selling. According to Nokia's press
release, it's only a matter of time that online stores will start having
the E72 in stock.
