Trinity Android Phone Specs & Features Revealed ZiiLabs’ 3.5G Trinity Smartphone Runs Plaszma OS or Android

Well, what do you know, ladies and gents, there s a new smartphone in
town. Although it runs Android it s a totally new machine and you ll
never guess who makes it! On the other hand I did reveal most of it in
the title so you should have figured everything out by now.
ZiiLabs is a division of Creative Technology Ltd., and it s the company
to blame for the creation of the Trinity. This Zii smartphone has been
rumored before and starting today it s official. Creative has its own
handset out there and it will be running either Android or the
Linux-based Plaszma operating system.
At the heart of the device lie Creative s StemCell Computing array and
the ZMS-05 and ZMS-08 �media-rich � applications processors. Features
like accelerated OpenGL ES 3D graphics and superior High Definition
1080p will certainly be available from the Trinity.

The Zii Development Kit 3G Phone Edition will offer a modular
development platform that will let developers to customize the Zii
Trinity platform according to their own liking. A future version of the
Dev Kit will be available for 4G networks like WiMAX or LTE, but it s
too early for that.
In the mean time we have no idea what carriers around the world are
going to adopt this interesting smartphone and there are no pricing
