fring has announced today the new features and iPhone and iPod touch
will be able to make as many Internet video calls once they get the
application. The updated app comes just in time for the holidays. With
Christmas and New Year approaching fast, one could not ignore fring as a
communication solution. All you need is a dependable Internet connection
and you ll be talking to your friends and family in no time.
The video feature is part of the fring app which lets you call other
fring, Skype or GTalk users over an existing Internet connection. fring
comes with support for chat and phone calls to regular phone lines are
also available through Skype-Out and other SIP services. Support for
Instant Messenger services like MSN, AIM, GTalk and Skype is also
included for those hardcore texters.
