MSI X-Slim X430 Slim Notebook Gets AMD Neo Treatment MSI X430 Laptop Debuts with Athlon Neo X2 Dual Core Processors

Folks from MSI have announced that they've been working on a new
ultra-slim notebook that will be added to their X-Slim collection.
Dubbed MSI X430, the new laptop is pretty powerful as it runs on AMD's
second-generation Ultrathin Platform with dual-core processors, brings
2GB of DDR2 RAM memory, has either a 320 or a 500GB hard drive and comes
bundled with Windows 7 Home Premium.
Other than using the new AMD Athlon Neo X2 dual core CPUs, the
ultra-thin X-Slim 14 notebook fully supports HD video output, supports
DirectX10 technologies and delivers outstanding image management and
visual performance thanks to its ATI Mobility Radeon HD3200 graphics card.
On top of that, the new MSI X430 is a real power saver as it features
the AMD PowerNow! and ATI PowerPlay technology which makes it 60-percent
greener than other models, with a power consumption of only 18W. Then
there's also the company's proprietary ECO Engine technology that allows
users to choose from 5 unique power management modes (Gaming, Movie,
Presentation, Document, or Turbo Battery) for better battery.
The gorgeous device only weighs 1.5 kgs, ships with a 16:9 LED backlit
display (1366ร—768), HDMI and D-sub ports, 2 USB 2.0 ports, a multi-card
reader, Wi-Fi (b/g/n) and Bluetooth V2.0 EDR, and a 1.3 megapixel camera.
