Unless you've been living under a rock you should know that this Friday
is Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year, with both
customers and retailers gearing up with cash and amazing deals,
respectively. We already know that Apple is cooking something, Toys R Us
are not going to give up and that Target has some HDTVs on sale, but do
you know when the big stores will open gates? Take your bite of turkey
and pie and let's attack together.
Best Buy, one of the largest nationwide electronics retailers, will sell
from MP3 players to digital cameras to DVD/Blu-ray players and LCD or
Plasma HDTV televisions, all at discounted prices that will make
everything on the shelves to fly in seconds. Keep in mind that Best Buy
stores will open at 5am and will use a ticket policy for those waiting
in line outside.
Another retailer to hunt for customers is Walmart, who'll start early by
opening doors at 6am on Thanksgiving, only to close them on November 27,
on Black Friday. Toys R Uswill open at midnight the day after
Thanksgiving (right on Black Friday), the electronics department at
Target should be open at 5am, while Kmart will invite geeks over 11/27
at 6am.
Certainly makes you think who'll win this battle as everyone seems to be
ready to fight!
