but frankly enough is enough! Let s keep our mind occupied with other
beauties too. What we have for you today is another Android phone which
promises to be as hot as it gets. The Sony Ericsson Rachael, also known
as the Xperia X3 in some circles, is about to get released.
The Japanese-Swedish conglomerate seems not to like all the buzz around
the Droid. They probably know that the phone will bring Motorola back in
the game and they can t just sit and watch the whole thing go down, can
they? Sony Ericsson is not doing that great either as they also happen
to lack smartphones capable to compete against the iPhone, Android,
BlackBerry and webOS phones. Sure they have a couple of Xperia phones
but that s not enough especially since they are running Windows Mobile
in the background.
That s why the company probably leaked the teaser video of the Rachael
in action already. The phone is going to be unveiled on November 3 which
means that next Tuesday we will have another hot Android phone to think
about. And from the looks of it Sony Ericsson has a winner on its hands.
Too bad that the Rachael comes after the Droid and so far no U.S.
carrier has announced Rachael-related plans. What do you say Sprint? Are
you ready for a new Android phone in your life? What about AT T? Don t
you think it s time it launched an Android phone?
What about international carriers? Vodafone? Telefonica? Orange? Someone
has to pick this phone up before the holidays.
Naturally we assume that Sony Ericsson will make the Rachael available
in time for the holidays. Otherwise I m sure that some people won t be
willing to wait until 2010 to get this Xperia X3 phone.
We ll be back on Tuesday to confirm all the rumors about the Xperia X3
and to show you Sony Ericsson s Android phone in all its glory. Droid,
don t be mad, you re still the number one for now!
