LG LU7000 LCD HDTVs Designer Series 19, 22-in for Small Spaces, Integrated DVD, Dual HDMI Connections, Freeview Integrated

Say you haven't yet crammed an HDTV into every single available space in
your house or apartment. There are still a few areas left untainted by
the brilliant glow of high-definition and constant entertainment.
Everyone needs a new TV in their bathroom right? What about that little
space next to your phone and refrigerator? One would go great there. The
only problem is that most of your worthwhile screens are just a tad too
large to fit. And you have to worry about the peripherals…don't
even get me started. Not the new LU7000 series from LG. This newly
launched designer series of LCD HDTVs was designed with the spatially
challenged in mind.
Just announced at the IFA in Berlin, the new LU7000 series by LG sports
a range of LCD HDTV's made to look good and fit well into the smaller
spaces of your domicile. Along the lines of space saving, the LG LU7000
series comes with a built-in DVD player so there's no need to have
another box sitting next to the TV. The LU7000 series features two
models, a 19-in and a slightly larger 22-incher and has an oh-so-typical
and awfully boring glossy black finish.
The LG LU7000 has two HDMI connections so you can jack in your PS3 or
Blu-ray player, USB 2.0 connectivity so you can view images and the like
from your portable storage devices, and there are integrated speakers as
well. It's just about everything you could want in a small HDTV. How
about an integrated Blu-ray player next time? That might go a long way
to helping push the standard, don't you think?
As this newest LG product announcement is still in its infancy, there
isn't really that much information available about pricing or exactly
when you can expect to see it in your local electronics retailer. Word
on the street is that the UK will see it sometime this month.
