Sarotech Intro Book Styled SATA HDD Enclosures With Passive ‘Fake Pages’ Heat Sink [Sarotech Wizplat W-31UA 200 x 159.5 x 40mm, weigh 775g]

These novel, portable SATA I/II HDD enclosures from Sarotech, known
simply as the Sarotech Wizplat W-31UA HDD Enclosures (a title that, we
think you'll agree, positively rolls off the tongue), apart from having
been designed to resemble hardback books, also come with passive cooling
courtesy of a series of fake page edge details and integral LED status
light housed within their spines.

Capable of housing SATA I/II HDDs up to 1TB in capacity, these Wizplat
W-31UA external HDD enclosures come complete with built in power supply,
USB connectivity, back mounted 'one push' write protection switches and
backup facilities, are fabricated from aluminium ensuring lightweight
durability and come with a 'page style' passive heat sinking ensuring
quietness of operation (the buzzing of fans in a HDD library, it seems,
will simply not be tolerated).

Capable of accepting 3.5' drives, these book styled HDD enclosures
measure in at 200 x 159.5 x 40mm, weigh 775g excluding HDD unit and
offer compatibility with both Windows and Mac based operating systems.

Supplied with backup scheduling software, AC cord and USB cable, these
book styled HDD enclosures have just been made available in Korea for
315,000 KRW, which equates to around $300 at the time of writing, though
this appears to be for the enclosure only (i.e., sans HDD) - but who
said books were cheap?
