Logitech V550 Nano Cordless Notebook Laser Mouse Offers ‘Clip-and-Go’ Portability

Logitech have announced the up and coming availability of there new V550
Nano Laser Mouse for notebooks which comes with what Logitech term as a
'Clip-and-Go dock' allowing your mouse to be attached to the shell of
your notebook/laptop to ease portability though, certainly from our
perspective, one could question quite how far Logitech are prepared to
go in order to bring some form of 'innovation' to their new products
(after all, carrying a mouse is hardly a great inconvenience is
it?).Aside from the somewhat cursory 'Clip-and-Go dock', however,
Logitech's V550 Nano does bring at least some things of note to the
table, so to speak, in offering not only a purported 18 months of
standard use per set of batteries but also an ultra compact
'plug-and-Forget' USB mini receiver which is small enough to remain
plugged into your notebook/laptop even when its stored in a
sleeve/bag.Logitech's V550 Nano Cordless Notebook Laser Mouse is due to
become available towards the end of August for both PCs and Macs and
will retail for around $60.
