Belkin 5 Port USB Network Hub – A Fine Addition to Our Minimalist Gadget Collection

We seem to have become slightly obsessed with minimalist styled gadgets
of late, what with the breathtakingly gorgeous LaCie External HDD, the
Gear4 BlackBox Bluetooth Speaker, Sony's new HES-V1000 Home
Entertainment Server and, never ones to avoid running with a theme, we
now have this equally alluring Belkin 5 Port USB Network Hub.

Unfortunately, when we say that we now have this have this to add to our
minimalist styled gadget collection we are exaggerating just a little
(little enough that we actually don't have any of these items - our
posting frequency would suffer dramatically if we did) but that doesn't
stop us fantasizing about owning them all and having them on show in
TFTS Towers - and what an impressive sight it would undoubtedly be.

Arguably, a network USB hub is not anything to get especially excited
about, but, certainly as far as hubs go, this Belkin USB Network Hub is
a beauty and would compliment the above listed items very nicely.

Needless to say that the device can be networked via a wireless router
thus eliminating a number of those unsightly cables that form an
electrostatic spaghetti nightmare under your desk (however much you try
to hide them) and that alone is, at least in our minds, worth the price
of admission - which is around $80 (though you'll have to supply the
router yourself if you're after wireless connectivity).
