Changing Your Print Tray

It's a real luxury having more than one print tray on your printer. You can load letterhead on one tray and plain white paper in the other and never have to worry about changing over. All you need to know is how to tell Word 2000 which print tray to use.
4Select File, Page Setup and click the Paper Source tab. Here, you can specify which tray to use for the first page and the rest of your document (most people use letterhead only for the first page of a letter). Choose the appropriate paper tray settings and click OK.
