Adding a Web Site to the Outlook Bar


We've shown you how to add documents and folders to the Outlook Bar, but did you know you can also add a Web site? Here's how.
Display the Web site using the Web toolbar. Then right-click a blank area in the Outlook Bar and choose Outlook Bar Shortcut To Web Page. Click OK. The Web site will appear in the My Shortcuts group on the Outlook Bar.
From now on, when you click on that site from the Outlook Bar, it will display in the Inbox window. If you're not connected to the Internet, Outlook will connect for you.
